Why we exist

The offshore staffing industry has a reputation problem. Too many agencies treat placements like a numbers game — push candidates through, collect fees, and move on. Quality suffers. Turnover is high. Businesses get burned and write off remote hiring entirely.

We started Skilled Creatives because we believed there was a better way. A boutique model where every placement matters, every candidate is properly screened, and the focus is always on long-term fit — not just filling a seat.

We are owner-managed. That means when you work with us, you deal with people who have a personal stake in getting it right. Not a junior account manager working from a script.

We are selective about candidates

We turn away candidates who do not meet our standard. We would rather not place someone than place the wrong person. You see only people we would hire ourselves.

We focus on long-term placements

We do not do short contracts or VA gig work. Every placement is full-time and intended to be permanent. We build teams, not temporary arrangements.

We stay involved after placement

We check in at 30, 60, and 90 days. If something is not working, we help address it. Our track record depends on placements working out — so we stay invested.

We limit our volume

We do not take every client. If we do not think we can find the right person for your role, we will tell you. Our reputation is built on placements that actually work.

The Philippines has been a centre of remote professional work for over two decades. English is an official language and the medium of business education. The professional culture is built on diligence, strong communication, and genuine care about doing good work.
